Call (504) 336-1407 or send a message through the contact page with the rooms, the surfaces and roughly when you want the work done. We book an on-site visit, usually within two business days, and you get a written scope and price after that visit.

We cover Kenner, Metairie, Harahan, River Ridge, New Orleans, Elmwood, Westwego, Gretna, Marrero and Destrehan. If you are just past that line, ask. We take work slightly outside the radius when the schedule allows and we will tell you honestly if travel makes it impractical.

Room dimensions if you have them, photos of the current surface, and the product you are considering if you have already chosen one. For showers, a photo of the existing one and any history of leaks. None of it is required, but it makes the visit faster.

Yes, including the measurements, the substrate check and the written scope. There is no fee and no obligation, and the document is yours to keep or to compare against other bids.

Because the price of a floor is mostly decided by what is under it. A slab that needs leveling and a slab that does not can differ by thousands of dollars on the same square footage. A phone number would be a guess, and guesses turn into change orders.

By the job, with a fixed total. Internally there are square-foot rates, but you get one number for a defined scope so you are not exposed to a measurement dispute at the end.

Work stops on that item, we show you what we found, and we price it before continuing. Nothing gets added to your invoice that you have not approved in writing first. Hidden water damage behind a shower is the most common example.

Either. We can supply everything, or you can purchase your own tile and flooring and we install it. If you supply it, we will tell you the quantity to order including waste, and we ask that it be on site before the start date so a shortage does not stall the job.

We will try. If the tile is still in production we can source it, though dye lots shift over time. Where a perfect match is not possible we usually recommend replacing a full area that ends at a natural break, which reads much better than a visible patch.

Yes, and it is significant. We use containment at doorways, protect the path in and out, and run dust extraction on the saws and grinders. It reduces dust a great deal rather than eliminating it, which is the honest answer any contractor should give you.

Light foot traffic on tile is usually fine after 24 hours, grout after 24 to 48, and heavy furniture after 72. Floating vinyl and laminate can take furniture immediately. We give you the actual windows for the products used on your job in writing.

Yes, and we recommend you look. We photograph the membrane, the sealed corners and the flood test with the water holding, dated. Once tile is on, none of it can be inspected again, so that is your only chance to see it.

Often yes. The surround gets taken to studs, waterproofed as a system and tied into the tub flange properly. We check the tub's condition and how it is set first, because a tub that moves under load will crack the tile joint at its edge no matter how well the wall is built.

For a full shower rebuild, plan on one to two weeks of the shower being unusable, with the toilet and sink available most of that time. Glass is fabricated after tiling and typically arrives one to three weeks later, so a temporary curtain covers that gap.

Soft washing uses a diluted cleaning solution with a surfactant, applied at low pressure with dwell time. It is what kills the algae rather than just rinsing it. Plants are watered before and after, and everything is rinsed thoroughly. We will tell you exactly what goes on your house if you ask.

We assess it and give you an honest answer. Black streaking on shingles is removed with a low-pressure application designed for roofs, never with pressure. Where a roof needs specialized attention or has damage, we refer you rather than take on a job that risks the roof.

No, but we do a walkthrough with you while surfaces are still wet if you are home, because that is when anything missed is easiest to see. If you are not there, we send photos and come back for anything you flag.

Both. Homeowners finishing a renovation get exactly the same three-pass process a builder does. It is often the last item on a remodel and the one that makes the new work actually look new.

Yes, everything: vacuums with fine filtration, extension poles, ladders, cleaning products matched to each residue, and our own water and power for exterior work when needed. All we need is access.

Yes, and we do it on a fixed per-unit price for property managers handling repeat turnovers. Same crew, same checklist and the same result each time, which is the point of turnover work.

Yes. Ask at the estimate and we will send you our current documentation, including anything a commercial landlord or property manager needs on file before a crew is allowed on site. We would rather you have it in hand than take our word for it.

Our own crew, and you meet the lead before the start date. We tell you who is coming and when. If a specialty trade is needed, you are told in advance who they are and what they are doing.

Tell us at the walkthrough, before the balance is invoiced. That is what the walkthrough is for. If something surfaces later, call and we come look at it. We would rather come back than have a job in Kenner that we would not want people to see.

Workmanship on installations is warranted for one year from completion. Materials carry whatever the manufacturer provides, and we register products where registration is required. The specific terms for your job are written into your scope rather than left to a general claim.
