Who we are

GMK Pro Service LLC is a flooring, tile and property care contractor based in Kenner, Louisiana, serving Jefferson Parish and the Greater New Orleans area. This policy explains what information we collect through gmkproservice.com and by phone, why we collect it, and what choices you have. Information we collect

We collect the information you give us directly when you request an estimate or contact us: your name, phone number, email address, the service address or city, and the details you provide about the work you need. On a job we also create records that may include measurements, photographs of the work area, and notes on materials and scope.

We collect limited technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as pages viewed and general location derived from your IP address. This is used to understand which pages are useful, not to identify you personally.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, and we do not process payment card details through this website. Payments are handled in person or through a separate payment processor with its own terms.

How we use it

Estimate and service delivery: to contact you, prepare a scope and price, schedule the work and follow up after completion.

Records: to maintain a history of what was installed, which products were used and what warranty applies, which is what allows us to service a job years later.

Communication about your project: appointment confirmations, arrival windows, delays and invoices, by phone call, text message or email depending on how you contacted us.

Improvement: understanding which parts of the site people use so we can make it clearer.

Text messages

If you provide a mobile number, we may text you about your estimate or your job. Message frequency depends on your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not prevent us from calling you about your project.

We do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share them with third parties for their own marketing.

Photographs of completed work

We photograph work in progress and completed installations for our own records and, in some cases, to show examples of our work. Photographs are taken of the work itself. We do not use photographs that identify you, your family or your address without asking you first, and you can tell us at any point that you would prefer your project not be used as an example.

Who we share information with

Service providers who help us operate: our scheduling and customer management platform, email and phone providers, and our website host. They handle information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Trade partners, only when your job requires one. If your project needs a licensed electrician, plumber or glass fabricator, we share what that trade needs to do their part, and we tell you in advance who they are.

Legal requirements, if we are required to disclose information by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests that do not become jobs are kept for up to two years, which allows us to recognize you if you come back. Completed job records, including photographs, scopes and invoices, are kept for at least the length of any applicable warranty period and as long as Louisiana law requires for business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email info@gmkproservice.com or call (504) 336-1407 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any marketing message, and out of text messages by replying STOP. Records related to a completed job are retained regardless of marketing preferences.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the cookies needed to operate and, if enabled, basic analytics to count visits and page views. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be reflected on this page rather than communicated individually.
